Colleen E. McCoy, DVM Dr. Colleen McCoy is originally from a small town in upstate New York. She received her Associate degree in Applied Veterinary Science from SUNY Delhi. She then worked as a licensed veterinary technician for a year prior to attending veterinary school. Dr. McCoy received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University, which is located on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts and Nevis. She has also spent time in South Africa, where she was involved in the conservation and relocation of wildlife. Dr. McCoy’s professional interests include orthopedic surgery and critical care. In her spare time she enjoys hiking with her dog, Odin. She also loves playing soccer, traveling, cooking, painting and scuba diving.
