Dr. Anna Leavitt grew up in the suburbs of Boston, MA. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Colby College in Waterville, ME and then worked in a sleep research laboratory in Boston for three years. She completed post-baccalaureate pre-medical courses at Harvard University and received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University. Dr. Leavitt's professional interests include canine physical therapy and rehabilitation as well as general practice medicine. In her free time, Dr. Leavitt enjoys kickboxing, camping, traveling, and hiking with her golden retriever, Xena.
